- The Power 28.8's default settings include a rather short 30 seconds for
- carrier timeout (stored in the S7 register). The value used by Supra, for
- example, is 45 seconds. For comparison, at a setting of 30 seconds, the
- Power will hang up and report NO CARRIER after about five rings. A 60
- second setting will result in a wait for about ten rings.
